Emergent literacy assessment app validated in Journal of Research on Technology in Education

Some exciting news for The Emergent Literacy Assessment App (ELAa), an expressive and receptive assessment app designed to measure literacy skills, and developed on the Cogniss platform with Dr Michelle Neumann and Professor David Neumann at Griffith University. Its efficacy as a measure of alphabet and word skills in young children was recently validated and published in the peer-reviewed Journal of Research on Technology in Education.

We’re looking forward to helping further enhance the app, and continuing to strengthen Cogniss’ capacity to support other similar research projects.
