In action: Moorfields Eye Hospital organised a ‘Hackday’, bringing together clinicians, health workers, designers and coders to co-create solutions for eye care. This format was also adopted by Suffolk & North East Essex Integrated Care System, University of Suffolk, University of Essex and Westmead Health Precinct.

Pathway-in-a-day
Redesign a care pathway and rapidly turn the new model into working digital tools.
We bring together care teams, communities and digital partners to understand where a pathway can work better, then rapidly prototype the digital experience needed to support it. Through our partnership with Aire Innovate, this can connect patient-facing support with the workflows and systems used by care teams.
In action: At the Kent & Medway Neighborhood Health, multidisciplinary teams developed working prototypes in a single day, with the winning team receiving 12 months of continued development support.
