A game-based research app to understand how young people navigate the mental healthcare system in Australia
The research team at the University of Sydney’s Brain and Mind Centre wanted to optimize the way mental health services are delivered to young people in Australia. To do this, they needed to map patient journeys within the complex healthcare system. The challenge was to create a digital solution that enabled the collection of patient journey data in an engaging way.
Using Cogniss, they were able to create an app that is personalized according to the psychographic data of users and that re-engages the user over a period of time in an optimum manner.
